Denise’s passion for drawing and modelling equestrian-themed art started when she was a child. With the horse almost exclusively the subject of her work, her skill and style in the two art forms of drawing and sculpting have developed hand in hand.

After a foundation course at Cambridge College of Art and Technology, Denise studied at the acclaimed Sir Henry Doulton School of Sculpture, where she gained valuable insight into creating traditional artwork using a modern approach.

Horses are very important in Denise’s life and when she’s not sculpting or drawing them, she’s either reading about them or watching them.
